1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and xb8 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xb8 website located at xb8.club and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, payment processing, and customer support.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the xb8 platform.

xb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the xb8 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of account ownership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xb8 operates a strict 18+ policy and underage gambling is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of xb8, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• Your use of the xb8 platform must not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

xb8 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. At the time of account registration, all players confirm via the registration form that they are 18 years of age or older. xb8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any funds held in the account will be frozen during the verification period.

If xb8 determines at any point that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full. xb8 will cooperate fully with any relevant authority investigating underage gambling.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of xb8 services, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. xb8 relies on the information you provide — any inaccuracies may result in account suspension, delayed withdrawals, or permanent closure.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active xb8 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If xb8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xb8 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. xb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xb8 immediately by contacting [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC)

xb8 applies KYC procedures in compliance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Accepted documents include National ID cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements as proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by xb8 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xb8 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and your xb8 account wallet is denominated in ৳. No currency conversion fees are charged by xb8 on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your xb8 wallet instantly in normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• xb8 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification review. xb8 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Funds credited from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your xb8 account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual bonus offer page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

Bonus Abuse

xb8 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures, using automated software to place bonus-related bets, and coordinated play between multiple accounts to artificially satisfy wagering requirements. Where xb8 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

Promotional Validity

All promotions carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used by the stated expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. xb8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably possible.

6 User Obligations

As an xb8 account holder, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

Prohibited Conduct

• You must not use the xb8 platform to launder money, fund terrorist activities, or conduct any other financially criminal activity.
• You must not attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event through collusion, corruption, or any form of cheating.
• You must not deploy bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf without prior written consent from xb8.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the xb8 platform, its underlying technology, or its game software.
• You must not use the platform in a manner that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other players or the operational stability of xb8's systems.
• You must not create accounts using false identities, stolen credentials, or details belonging to another person.
• You must not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward xb8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Accurate Information

You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information throughout the lifetime of your account. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account profile accordingly. xb8 is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

xb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Determination that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Identification of duplicate or linked accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software, automated betting tools, or cheating mechanisms.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider that has not been resolved satisfactorily.
• Request by a player to self-exclude under xb8's responsible gaming programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xb8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the xb8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, system downtime, or game errors that xb8 could not reasonably have prevented.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction history resulting from events outside xb8's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, mobile financial services, or banking institutions.
• Interruptions to service resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, or network infrastructure failures.
• Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions, including losses incurred while using bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event that a game or feature malfunctions during play — including but not limited to software crashes, incorrect odds display, or interrupted live betting connections — xb8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in such circumstances. xb8 will endeavour to resolve game technical issues as promptly as possible and will communicate with affected players transparently.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. xb8 operates on a good-faith basis with its players and seeks to resolve all disputes through direct engagement with the xb8 support team in the first instance.
